I’ve seen 483’s issued for late, or no annual studies (when one was required) Under the right conditions, some of the first options could work, but my personal preference would be for grabbing the commercial supplies as being representative of a full normal process (plus the distribution conditions, which would give the batch a slightly greater liability). Would love to hear from other stabilitarians supporting one of the other options.
