    Greetings,
I inherited a cleaning procedure that calls for alternating between 2 generally mild cleaning products for floor cleaning quarterly of walk-in stability chambers that has served us well to my knowledge.
However, another site within the company has a much more exhaustive cleaning site SOP which includes annually emptying the chamber for a work day, cleaning the interior panel surfaces with a caustic cleaner wearing appropriate PPE, and then after appropriate dwell time will place materials/samples back in the chamber. The site would like to modify this and is looking for materials to support changing their site procedure to something closer to the procedure I inherited and follow at our site. These are stainless steel insulated panels and I know enough that only mild cleaners are generally used. Nearly everything we store for stability is in finished packaging.
I haven’t had success with recommendations from the walk-in MFG since they (rightfully) believe it depends on the products stored and the use the equipment sees. Is anyone able to point me in a direction to consider?
