I like options 1a and 2. 1a generates useful information and 2 is already in hand. 1b would be costly and time consuming and c might leave a bad impression with regulatory reviewers. It occurs to me that some isoconversion studies would be very helpful here to quickly see what the impact of packaging, dessicant and moisture shifts might be as well as providing some supportive data.
