Registration is now open for Spring 2026 Pharmaceutical Stability Discussion Group meeting. We’ll meet in person with stabilitarians, stability stakeholders, consultants, and suppliers from all aspects of the medical product stability community. The program includes presentations, Q&A, benchmarking, best practices, vendor exhibition, and a tour of the host stability sample storage facility as well as an enjoyable networking function. You’ll come away with valuable new knowledge and industry connections with peers and suppliers. It is highly recommended that those attending have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a stakeholder in the Stability process or attend with a colleague who does.

 

Information About the PSDG Meeting

The Sunday afternoon to Tuesday afternoon format requires 2 days out of office and includes:

  • Presentations on Stability Storage & Sample Control topics
  • Stability Vendors Exhibition / Reception
  • Benchmarking Q&A Segments on a range of Stability topics of your choice*
  • Breakout sessions to drill down on Stability function areas chosen by the participants
  • Evening networking excursion and dinner at a North Carolina cultural/historical site
  • Tour of the Precision (Div of Astoriom) Stability Storage facility for demonstration of latest equipment and best practices.

Past participants have reported that PSDG meetings have provided the detailed information they needed regarding best practices, stability community benchmarks, inspection experiences, and supplier equipment and services, in a pleasant interactive environment.

Participant Registration is $995 which includes meetings, meals, and Networking Event

Exhibitor Registration $995 includes Sunday presentations, Exhibition table/hook-up, refreshments, and buffet dinner for up to 3 representatives

What topics will be discussed at the PSDG meeting?

Participants set the PSDG meeting agenda by submitting topics & questions on the registration form. For those who need a specific topic list for approval, below is a list of topics often included. If you request a topic, it will be on the agenda. If we run out of submitted topics, we use these:

PSDG Spring 2026, General Admission
General Admission is intended for stability professionals participating in the PSDG discussion-based format. Attendees in this category serve as the speakers and actively contribute to discussions after signing a confidentiality agreement. It is highly recommended that participants have a minimum of two years of experience as a stakeholder in the Stability process and are willing to share their organization’s stability practices and experiences. A second attendee from the same organization may accompany a more experienced colleague. We limit total tickets to maintain a focused, interactive environment. Please note, if unable to attend, we will apply your registration toward any future meetings--there are no refunds.

Vendor Admission is intended for suppliers and service providers supporting the stability community. Vendor attendees participate only in the Sunday program segments, including the vendor exhibition and networking activities. This ticket does not include participation in the closed discussion sessions. Please note, if unable to attend, we will apply your registration toward any future meetings--there are no refunds.
